Returns & Refunds If you have a valid reason for returning your order, we will gladly offer you an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of receiving your product. To initiate a return, please contact us as soon as possible with your reason, and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping We will cover the cost of return shipping on approved returns.

Custom Stamps Please note that custom stamps are non-exchangeable due to their personalised nature. However, if there is an issue with your custom stamp, we are willing to produce a new text plate at your cost. This will be discussed and arranged directly with you via email or phone call.
